Not quite big enough
This little one came with her brother Jefferson, she is not quite big enough yet to go to school.
Newly Sponsored!
This little girl is already sponsored by Bonnie, let's keep it going and get them all sponsored!
Height and Weight
A new student has his weight taken by Heather. The little ones aren't quite sure what to make of the scale.
Student Interviews
Student interviews are completed one by one with social distancing and masks. Noemi was kind enough to be our translator for the days we were there.
Treat Bags
It's been a rough year for the students, so the team thought that something a little special was in order. We made up little bags with stickers, candy, pencils, pens and a special message bracelet for them to take home.
Student Photos
Clemma does a good job taking photos and getting the kids to smile for the camera.
Student Artwork
Alexis helps us find his artwork for a photo.
View of the Volcanos
A view of the Volcanos from the roof top.
Heather working hard
It was a hot day to paint, but Heather was happy to do her part.
Hands for Painting
His Hands for Guatemala painted a kitchen in the church building the day after we finished with the students. Maybe Clemma should have worn gloves?
Happy to take a turn
A few of the days we needed to take turns riding in the back of the truck. Today was Clemma's turn.
Letters from sponsors are special
Erika received a card and letter from her sponsor.
Student and Sponsor
This student was happy to be able to visit with her sponsor.
Clemma's Smile
Clemma waves for the camera on the gym set of the school. The silence on the playground was so different for us and we hope that the students are able to return soon to in class learning.
Student Projects
There were many projects that were done by the students for us to see. Very creative and beautiful ones with different themes. The students have been working hard.
Church Update
The church which is located at the school has been newly painted and is an inviting place for the local community.
