We are a sponsorship program that pairs sponsors, people like you, with children and widows in need in Kenya. His Hands for Kenya works alongside our Kenyan partner, Bishop Richard Ogol and his wife, Evelyn, and their church - Gospel Power Church. They have a heart for the widows in their area and their long term goal is to build a widows home beside their home. They hope to eventually house 20 widows to provide a safe home environment, food and basic needs. They want to provide love and quality of end of life care. When a child or widow is sponsored for $15 (primary students), $20 (secondary students), or $25 (widows) per month through His Hands for Kenya they receive:

Sponsors receive a photo and personal information about the widow or child they are helping including information about how to correspond with them, if they choose to do so. Sponsors can choose the age and/or gender of the child they would like to sponsor and may continue to sponsor the same widow or child from year to year, as long as they remain in the program. 100% of the sponsorship payment goes directly to Kenya. None of it is used to cover the administrative expenses of this program in the US.
